Design a House
1. Plan on the number of storey of your house. According plan the depth and strength of the basement. The engineer can help you in explaining the beam support that is to be laid along with the basement that will support multi-storey.
2. Plan for a portico -where you can receive the strangers; a hall – where you can welcome your guests; a living room – where you can cherish with your relatives.
3. Plan on the kitchen along with dining room.
4. Plan the number of bedrooms, accounting the number of children and elders at home.
5. Plan on the study room, guest rooms, balcony, backyard, pathway around the home, garden, vehicle –parking.
6. If may have a choice for swimming pools, security cabin, servants’ room.
7. Plan on the drainage, water connections, and electrical connections for the overall.
8. Have all the house-hold articles, electronic equipments that you would or prefer to use in the future, in mind when you design. Say for Example: Think of an electrical for a geyser, when designing a bathroom.
9. Plan on the number and sizes shelves, racks, almaras, wall-fixed cupboards etc. Eg. Book Shelves etc.
10. Include in the interiors finishing, painting, and flooring in your design. These days we have hundreds of types in painting and number of types in flooring.
