Exercise
Dear Friends,
Now a days the schedule is so tight that there is no time to EXERCISE, but then also people are so health conscious. They do every thing possible to keep oneself fit and fine.~
So for someone who wants to be fit and fine he/she should know how to keep fit and fine, and this is were one should know the correct way to exercise.
To start up with exercise there are total 3 stages, the first stage we can say as warm up the other is proper exercise and the last stage is relaxation.
Today we have different forms of exercise: yoga, aerobics, etc... so the exercise in any form should be done following the three stages said as above.
Which ever method is the exercise done it should not OVERDONE i.e. it should not be done beyond one's capacity. The speed and the time of exercise and the perfectness comes slowly. Time of exercising should be increased if necessary if you are comfortable.
